Mr.Thongma Vijitpongpun, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Pruksa Real Estate PCL (center), the company’s management team together with Mr. Suradej Kiattithanakorn, an investment banker of Kasikornbank PLC, Mrs. Bhimolbha Santichok, an investment banker of Siam Commercial Bank PLC, jointly made a presentation about Pruksa’s corporate bonds worth no more than Bt6 billion. The company offered for sales the unsecured debentures, having the maturity period of 3 years 1 month and 5 years and bearing interest payable quarterly, to the institutional investors and cooperatives investors on 13-14 May 2013. The sales of these debentures are aimed at repaying debts and investing in the residential projects of the company in the future. TRIS Rating has assigned “A” to Pruksa’s debentures on 20 March 2013, showing the company’s stable business outlook. Therefore, Pruksa debenture is an interesting investment alternative for institutional and individual investors because Pruksa is a leading property developer with solid financial stance.
