Pruksa boasts the success in single-detached houses and townhouses in Chaengwattana

Pruksa Real Estate PCL announces the success in penetrating into Chaengwattana, enjoy the big boom in single-detached house and townhouse market. The company launches 3 brands “The Plant”, “Patio” and “The Connect’ to strengthen the new customer base, targeting single-detached house and townhouse segment to sweep more than Bt2.65 billion of sales by positioning the company in the market differently from the others which focus on condominium.  


Mr. Prasert Taedullayasatit, Director and Chief Business Officer of Pruksa Real Estate PCL, said that Chaengwattana has become the sought-after location because it connects the inner city with the suburb. Pruksa has developed 3 projects in the centre of Chaengwattana to captivate the demand of the customers. The 3 brands are “The Plant”, a single-detached home for metropolitan lifestyle, “Patio” 3-storey townhouse in modern loft style, and “The Connect”, 2-story townhouse and stylish-designed commercial buildings. These 3 projects have become overwhelmingly successful, achieving more than Bt2.65 billion of sales so far.  


“Pruksa has developed 3 projects late 2011 after the flood crisis in Chaengwattana on an area of more than 134 rais worth a combined Bt4.27 billion. These projects have been doing well with sales of more than Bt2.65 billion or 62 per cent of the total project value.  The company has transferred around Bt1.1 billion of property units to the customers. The rest of approximately Bt1.5 billion will be gradually transferred from late 2012.


Particularly, Pruksa has created a new demand for residence in this area, creating a big boom in single-detached house and townhouse market in Chaengwattana. This is in line with the findings of Pruksa’s market research which show that the customers who are looking for the new residence have placed high priority on the location. They want the location which is easily accessible to the inner city, close to government offices, department stores and public facilities in the prime area. Chaengwattana is an ideal location because it can connect to many routes such as Tiwanon, Songprabha, Klong Prapa Canal Parallel Road, and only 1 kilometer from the express way (Muangthong). The project is surrounded by government offices, Central Department Store, Lotus Superstore, Big C Superstore, schools and IMPACT Muangthong Thani,” Mr. Prasert said. 


“The Plant Chaengwattana” is single-detached house in the centre of Chaengwattana on an area of 70 rais with starting price of Bt5.35 million


“Patio Chaengwattana” is 3-storey townhouse in modern loft style on an area of 17 rais with starting price of Bt3.89 million


“The Connect Chaengwattana” modern loft style residential project is located on an area of 47 rais. The project consists of 2-storey townhouse with starting price of Bt2.04 million and commercial buildings with starting price of Bt4.0 million.
