Pruksa sends “Patio” to penetrate the premium townhouse market to affirm the leadership position in

Mr. Prasert Taedullayasatit, Director and Chief Business Officer of Pruksa Real Estate PCL, said, “Pruksa has been successful in the townhouse segment by controlling the biggest market share. The company has been the leader in the market all along.  In 2011, Pruksa commanded 62 per cent of the townhouse segment priced up to Bt2 million in Bangkok and its perimeter. To expand the customers’ base and increase the diversity of Pruksa townhouses to captivate the different lifestyle of each customer group, Pruksa has this year stepped into the premium townhouse priced ranging from Bt3 million-Bt5 million under the new brand “Patio” Stylish Townhouse.”  


“The company’s marketing research shows that the market trend of townhouses priced from Bt3 million-Bt5 million saw an increasing demand from targeted customers or the new generation who are looking for the residence with functionality.  Home is not only the place where they live but also work as their home office.
