Pruksa gears towards the market of detached house and townhouse to close the second quarter with the bullish business, achieving the new record of revenue generated by the ownership transfer of townhouse and detached house. The company is ready to shake up the detached house segment by the end of the second quarter by launching “The Plant Pattanakarn”, the latest single dwelling with modern design. Located on the prime location at the center of Patanakarn, the project receives an overwhelming response from the customers. During the 2-day soft launch, the company manages to close the sales of the first phase worth more than Bt300 million.
Mr. Prasert Taedullayasatit, Director and Chief Business Officer, Pruksa Real Estate PCL, said that in the second quarter, Pruksa managed to revitalize the demand in the single dwelling and townhouse market again. The revenue generated fromthe presales and the ownership transfer,particularly the transfer of single house and townhouse in the second quarter hitting the new record of almost Bt6.2 billion from the total domestic transfer value in the second quarter of around Bt6.8 billion. Therefore, the company is confident that, for the market of townhouse and single house, the demand will come back close to the highest level before the massive flood last year again. Although Pruksa was most affected by flood compared to the others in the same industry, Pruksa managed to quickly recover and achieve the new record in terms of the revenue generated from the ownership transfer of detached house and townhouse, higher than the figures before the flood.
