Pruksa Real Estate PCL introduces “Coral Ville” project which is the first overseas condominium project of Pruksa. The company has developed a project on Hulhumale in Maldives to respond to the demand of people who are living in the capital city of Male and want to get away to Hulhumale Island. The project is designed in the “deep blue sea” concept which inspires occupants’ imagination by using bright color of undersea corals. The interior is aimed to provide the occupants comfort with air flow and 100 per cent natural light by considering cooking ventilation. Every room features a private balcony, air-distributed bathroom, specially-designed aluminium window frames which withstand ocean wind and prevent water leakage during rainy season. Coral Ville is a high-rise project with only 4 units per floor. The walls of each room are independently separated. The 2-bedroom units cover 59 square meters with the price of 1.8 million Baht. The 3-bedroom units covers 89 square meters with the price ranging from 3-5 million Baht. The front units are facing to the main road while the units in the back are adjacent to the common park. Every room is the cornered unit. Wall hanging cabinets are decorated to increase the vertical space and maximise the space. Coral Ville project does not only mark a new chapter of history for Pruksa but also the first time that a Thai property developer has developed a project in Maldives. The project is the residential project which has commercially developed in Maldives. Pruksa joined hands with Housing Development Corporation (or HDC), a state enterprise of Maldives, to develop the residential project on Hulhumale island. The first phase was already opened for sales and ownership transfer. It is located on an area of 4.35 rais, consisting of 9 buildings, comprising 180 units, totalling 470 million Baht.
