Pruksa builds “The Connect Up 3” brand to compete in the city townhome market

Mr. Piya Prayong, Director and Chief Business Officer of Pruksa Real Estate PCL (center) and Pruksa’s executives jointly carried out the press conference to launch the new brand of city townhome to increase the townhouse market share and expand the customer base. Pruksa introduced “The Connect Up 3 Ring Road-Bang Khae”, the 3-storey townhome project comprising 233 units with starting price of 2.79 million Baht to the market. The total project is worth 688 million Baht. 


The Connect Up 3 Ring Road-Bang Khae is the 3-storey townhome project in modern style and potential location. It is situated only 500 meter from The Mall Bang Khae. The project is in a short distance of Rama II Expressway, Kanjanapisek Road (Outer Ring Road West) and Kalpapruek Road which is easily accessible to Sathon Road and many other shortcuts to connect you to the city center within a few minutes.  The project consists of two types: HH with the space of 190 square meters and HM with the space of 160 square meters. Each unit comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2-car parking lot.
