Choosing your neighbours friend

To reward customers and to give privilege to members. Only introduce your friend to reserve the house in any project of Baan Pruksa or Pruksa Ville, you will get

Conditions of receiving rewards

1. Introducer qualification: Being a customer of any project of Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited with the name in a buy-sell agreement, right transferring letter (title deed), or house registration. If the contract was canceled or transferred, you will not receive the introduction rewards.

2. New customer qualification: The person who reserve to buy a house in any project of Baan Pruksa or Pruksa Ville from April 1 – December 31, 2008. The buyer must not cancel or transfer the future contract, unless it will violate the condition.

3. New customer has to bring the introducer in the reservation day. If the introducer cannot come. Please bring a copy of you ID card, house registration and a copy of the first page of book account (Siam Commercial Bank or any other banks) with signature endorsement. The signature in every document must be identical. The neighbor friend form must be filled in on the reservation day.

4. The introducer will get the reward through the bank account 30 days after the house and land are completely transferred to a new customer.

5. Employees of Pruksa Real Estate PCL. and their families have no right to be a recommend or be recommended as a Neighbour .

6. The person with the name in the new contract is not entitled to be an introducer or new customer.

7. In case of you are a former customer of Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited that would like to buy more house, you will get a discount in the same Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited reward. The name of the person who reserves the new house has to be the same as the name of the owner of the former house.

8. The company reserves the rights to change the condition without prior notice.
