Mr. Komkrit Nongsawat, Vice President – Corporate Marketing, Pruksa Real Estate PCL, revealed that the Company has engaged in a major re-branding initiative for the first time in 10 years, which is considered one of Pruksa’s strategic execution plans in 2017. In refreshing the corporate brand, the aim is to enhance the brand image to be more modern and stylish, under the concept of ‘’Live Inspired’, emphasizing on independent living. In this regard, the mood and tone of advertising and media have been adjusted, while 3 new commercial videos in the form of internet film were released to communicate with 3 major groups of customers, to give them the inspiration of living at homes. The videos have been aired on social media channels in the past week and more emphasis is placed on digital marketing activities in order to meet the needs of customers’ lifestyles in the digital era. Moreover, the website (www.pruksa.com) has been modified, both for designs and functions to suit new advertisements that were launched previously. It is expected that customers can recognize changes in Pruksa’s brand and new image.
To date, Pruksa Real Estate has been established for 24 years and the Company has developed several accommodation projects in many different price levels, ranging from townhouse, single-detached house and condominium, covering several locations in Bangkok and vicinity, as well as some other major provinces or tourism destinations such as Chiangmai, Chonburi, Phuket and Khonkaen, in order to satisfy diverse customers’ needs. This year the Company has expanded the business to a more premium customer base, along with the brand image adjustment and the development of product and service quality, by incorporating modern innovation in every work process to deliver the best product and services for customers to have good experiences and pride in being the owner of accommodations under Pruksa brand, potentially leading to making recommendation to others. We believe that this will enable Pruksa to maintain growth and leadership position in the real estate business in a sustainable manner. At the end of the first quarter of 2017, Pruksa’s market share in accommodation market in Bangkok and vicinity ranked number one, with the market share of 13% of the total market value of 97,478 million Baht, reflecting customers’ confidence in the brand which we are determined to create and deliver quality and the ideal concept of living.
